I’ve got a problem:
When I try to setup the plugin I click on FAplugin and it just doesnt show me the config page but wants me to download the options-general.php
anyone has experienced the same problem? I’m having it with some other plugins as well!

Nice plugin. A little difficult to master but once you get to make it work. It’s all worth it! 
My plugin was working fine, then it stopped. Suddenly no photos show. Is there something I should do to fix it? I’ve tried loading more recent photos to Flickr, but still nothing is showing. Are there settings I’m not seeing?

Jeanette probably has an older version of falbum, I updated to 0.7 and it fixed this problem.

I’ve noticed that Flickr has updated their flash slideshow scripts, will you be incorprating this? If so I think it would be benificial to allow the website admin to select which version to use.
Their new slideshow looks pretty cool and I would love to have it working with falbum.
I don’t know why but it doesn’t actualize the most recent pictures at document falbum/wp/album.php?show=recent&page=1
Hey, This is a great plugin, but I would really like to get the photos to load with lightbox, is there any way I can eaisly do this?
Nice plugin, shame it only partly works. Whenever I try to follow the link to Recent Photos (../wp-content/plugins/falbum/wp/album.php?show=recent) etc I just get a 500 Internal Server Error. There is no help on the Wiki for this.
Looks like a great plugin, shame that it is so hard to get it to work properly. I used to have it working but now it only partly works and the wiki and forum are no help at all.

It`s the best way to show my albums in any blog.
This is a great plugin. I’m at a loss as to how to get a “Photos” entry in “Pages” that actually links to FAlbum’s album.php though. Can someone explain this? The wiki doco is really poor.

why the phpto can’t be see now is the plugin have something wrong?
puppyguy, today i can´t see the photos in my blog. I had the 0.6.9 version and when i see this problem i change to 0.7 but the problem continue. 
Looks great. Followed the directions but can’t getit working. Closest I got was displaying in sidebar but all code showed up and covered my blog. No response from forum. Is there any other info available to get it working?
I’ve uploaded the files to my wordpress/contents/plugins and activated it in my dashboard. But when I try to set it up I get an error message ==

Looks like the “tool” is not working any longer.
(The tool which shows the links for integration into posts etc).

i uploaded the plugin, activated it, and nothing shows up under the config screen within wordpress. any suggestions? i am using the latest version.
amazing, integrated it with Glued Ideas – Subtle 0.391 for my site. Love it!
I updated to the recent version to avoid the API error and now I am getting a new error.. the same one as Sherie above:

I set up the Falbum 0.70 and when I configured the plugin, I get this message at the top:
WordPress database error: [Table 'mrchompers_db.wp_falbum_cache' doesn't exist]
DELETE from wp_falbum_cache
Take a look at my photos page to see the error that results — http://www.mrchompers.net/photos/
It looks like it eventually works, but some other stuff going on.
The only other plugins I have running are wp-cache, podpress and akismet

I’m so close and still so far. I’m not a programmer but I’ve got this far: everything is installed and working, the photos show up in the header below the page buttons in the left-I need them centered in the page and the first post to move down an inch. For the life of me I can’t figure out how to do that. I’m sure for you is really simple! Please, help? I really like your plug-in.

Any chance to see any commenting options?
The simple way will to just include a ‘add comment’ link that will send the use to the photo page on flickr to leave a comment.
The better way, which is much harder to implement I guess, is to leave the comment through an API on Flickr (is there such an API?). That can be done for logged in users by getting the info from their Flickr cookie, or for anonymous users by using a dummy account for posting comments.

Also, if it could generate an internal “Uncategorized” Album for all photos not in a set, that would rock too. Granted, it’s probably harder than I think it is to implement these features. I’d be willing to throw a few bones your way if necessary

I’m so close. Willing to pay a reasonable amount to someone who thinks they might be able to incorporate this into the “I Feel Dirty” theme (it’s not as bad as it sounds).

After I upload more photos into Flickr, they do not appear on my website? Suggestions? I’ve saved & refreshed. And am using 0.7.0

I’m using WP 2.2.2. and I had problems with the table not being created in the database. I manually did that and that seemed to work. Now when I load my Album page it lists a series of errors starting with
“WordPress database error: [Unknown column 'data' in 'field list']…”
This error displays numerous times with code following and the last one seems to have a PHP code from one of the pages .
After all of this, the album appears at the bottom of the page. Any ideas on how to fix it?
I’m having a problem similar to TIMK’s above. I’m using WP 2.2 w/FAlbum 0.7.0 and when I try the authorization, it takes me to my flickr account where it says “Oops! Flickr doesn’t recognise the “frob” this application is trying to use.” Any suggestions?

Is anyone having issues with page 2 and onward of the thumbnails page?? The thumbnails show up fine, but when clicked on, it takes me to a totally different full size image. So in short, the thumbnails are associated with the wrong photo. Page 1 seems fine though. My site here:
Update: Fixed it by switching the friendly URLs to numeric
can’t seem to get it work on WP 2.2.1? The thumbnails shows up fine on sidebar.php, but when opening the album.php or /photo page, it shows me a blank page

What happened?
I have the same problem as alexallied.
I think that can be because we use a theme with 3 sidebars (columns) and the plugin is only for two: the main and the sidebar (not left and right sidebar) but i don’t know how resolve this problem.
Hi everyone,
after upgrading my wp to 2.3 I’ve updated falbum to 0.7. Just before activating the plugin and setting the token I couldn’t go to the falbum options page.
As I upgraded wp I had the `wp_falbum_cache` table with old contents, so after a some tests I deleted all the records on the table and tried to set the token. The token set succesfully and went to the options page.

i cant get this working with wordpress 2.3.1. When I activate the plugin and then go to the options page it just doesn’t load.
Fresh installs of both Wordpress 2.3.1 and fAlbum not an upgrades.
any ideas?
